Instructor

Parabvrutti (Dipti Auroni)

Parabvrutti (Dipti Auroni)

Parabvrutti (Dipti Auroni) is a musician, therapeutic sound meditation facilitator and founder of Swayambhu — an integrative wellbeing initiative exploring the intersection of music, meditative practices, breath awareness, and therapeutic sound.

Academically trained in music and with experience as a music educator, her work has gradually evolved into creating guided inner experiences that support emotional grounding, nervous system regulation, release and inner quietening.

An IAOTH-accredited holistic healing practitioner, her approach moves beyond passive sound relaxation and instead weaves together breathwork, Nada Yoga, Mudra Vigyan, vocal resonance, mindful stillness and immersive meditative sound as pathways for inner realignment and restoration.

She has facilitated sessions for wellness communities, retreats, festivals, corporate wellbeing spaces and therapeutic settings including recovery-focused environments — holding safe experiential spaces for reflection, reconnection, and healing.
